As the year winds down, the holiday season often becomes a blur of deadlines, inbox notifications, and unfinished to-do lists. The Circle Back Holiday Party was created as a pause, a moment to step away from the noise and celebrate the people who spent the year building, creating, and pushing forward.
Hosted by two Philadelphia-based, women-led companies - Tabb Management & Pink Social Strategies - the gathering centered on gratitude, good energy, prosperity, and the shared experience of entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and small-team leaders.
The message was simple: close the tabs, ignore the last email, and toast to making it through another year.
Tending to an Experience that Matched the Moment
At Kings’ Cup Mobile Bartending Services, every event begins with intention. For the Circle Back Holiday Party, the goal wasn’t formality, it was warmth, familiarity, and connection.
To support that vision, the beverage experience included two signature cocktails - one a favorite elevated for the occasion: a curated Espresso Martini Bar.
Rather than reinventing the cocktail, the Espresso Martini served as a familiar foundation, enhanced with thoughtful seasonal variations that reflected the spirit of the event:
Eggnog Espresso Martini — rich, creamy, and lightly spiced
Candy Cane Chocolate Bourbon Espresso Martini — deep chocolate notes with a subtle peppermint finish
Cinnamon Spiced Espresso Martini — warm baking spices layered for a cozy winter profile
The in-house, craft made simple syrups introduced flavor as a small luxury at the end of a demanding year.
